Greg Morgan, USPTA, PPTA
Director of Racquets
Greg recently joined BHC from Glen Ridge Country Club, where he served as the Director of Racquets and is considered one of the most accredited young professionals in the area. He holds an Elite USPTA certification as well as a PPTA certification and has extensive directorship experience with both tennis and paddle programs. As a former D1 tennis player and current top 100 nationally ranked paddle player, he also brings to the table a very high playing ability.
In addition to Greg’s skill set working with adults, he also possesses a high level of experience and passion for junior programming. In 2012, Greg was awarded the NJ Coach of the Year Award by the USPTA, and currently serves as the APTA Junior National Ranking Chair. In 2018, he was hired as the first-ever varsity high school platform tennis coach, achieving national recognition.
Greg currently resides in Madison, NJ with his wife Nora, and two young children, Miles and Cornelia.
Steve Caccam, PPTA
Head Racquets Professional
Steve rejoined the Beacon Hill Club racquets team in 2016, having taught here previously in 2009-2010. A native Southern Californian who played junior tennis year ‘round in San Diego, Steve shares his deep knowledge and passion for the game with students of all levels and ages.
After receiving his PPTA certification in 2009, he went on to work alongside with many of the best platform tennis teaching professionals, including Mike Gillespie, Mark Parsons, Cynthia Dardis and Sebastian Bredberg. Steve also brings a wealth of event organizational experience to the club having directed or co-directed one APTA Mixed Nationals and three APTA Junior Nationals championships. He is a former Board member of the APTA and a former Trustee of the Platform Tennis Hall of Fame and Museum Foundation.
